CUSTOMER QUESTIONS
1) How long will it take for my item to get delivered?
Depending on the day and date of your order. You should get your item within 1-15 working days (depends on the products and your country). Please allows us 2-5 working days to process your order once the payment confirmation is received from the card clearing house,
International orders can take a bit longer. Hope for your understanding and patience. We will work doubly fast to get your order out ASAP.
2) How can I track my order?
When you order with US, you are emailed a unique order ID. This will assist you in tracking.
3) Items received in bad condition. What should i do?
Check box/parcel condition before accepting from Courier company. Make sure there isn't any tempering or sign of 'opened'. Immediately when you open the box and found items in bad condition, take picture of box condition (outside & inside) and item condition. This must be sent to us within the same hour you received parcel.
